Expanded Learning Time

The National Center on Time & Learning (NCTL) and the Ford Foundation are working together to make expanded learning time the “new normal” for schools in our nation’s underserved communities. Momentum is building to support this strategy to help students who are on the wrong side of the achievement gap.
